At some point the chick has to discover that the shell of the egg is just too small to spend a life in. How do you think the shell cracks? The baby grows big enough to crack the shell. It’s just that the chick has just one shell to break. The way we are, once you break out of one shell, there is another one waiting for you.

Now, grow bigger, grow bigger. It’s against the weight of your bigness, of your size, of your dimensions that the shell will crack. If you remain a little chick, the shell is never going to yield.
